Walk into any modern grocery store and you are immediately bombarded by roughly 40,000 different options. The sheer volume of bright colors, health claims, and ingredient lists is designed to capture your attention, but it usually just leaves you overwhelmed. You probably have a specific goal. Let's compare two different exceptional choices. Kirkland Signature Organic Creamy Peanut Butter and a standard mixed fruit blend. Analyzing the peanut butter, we see 98 longevity and 95 integrity. Clean but flagged for moderate saturated fat.
Shifting to the mixed fruit, it scores 95 longevity, 96 integrity. Highly rated but flagged for low protein. Neither of these foods is inherently bad. They serve entirely different macronutrient purposes that dictate how you track them in your daily diet.
