Food Quality Guide by KarbCoach

Customer Support

This page helps you use Food Quality Guide on foodqualityguide.com. Browse analyzed packaged foods, open any product to see how it scores, and read ingredient and nutrition detail without decoding the label yourself.

You can search from the homepage, browse by category or brand, or open a direct link if someone shared a product with you. Optional personalization can highlight what matters most for the health goals you choose.

What you get on the website

Food Quality Guide is built for browsing and reading full product analyses at your own pace.

How to use the website

  1. Start on the homepage. Use the search box to find a product by name or brand, or scroll featured analyses to explore.
  2. Browse categories or brands. Open the menu to see product groups or shop by brand when you want to compare options in a category.
  3. Open a product page. Click any product to read its Longevity and Food Integrity scores, ingredients, nutrition, strengths, concerns, and tradeoffs.
  4. Personalize (optional). On that product page, use the personalize option to choose your health goals and see what matters most for you on that specific food.

Which products are included?

Food Quality Guide only lists products we have analyzed and published. We are steadily adding more, but not every item in the grocery store is on the site yet. If search does not find something today, try again later.

Understanding the scores

Each analyzed product gets two scores:

These reflect typical eating patterns and label quality, not your personal medical history, diet plan, or priorities.

A high Longevity Score might still come with sugar, sodium, saturated fat, or other tradeoffs. A lower score can sometimes reflect one factor among many rather than making a product simply good or bad. The What helped and What held back sections in each analysis explain that balance so you can see what is driving the result.

If a score feels surprising, it is often because the analysis reflects a general view for typical use. Keto, blood sugar management, heart health, weight goals, and other priorities can change which parts of the same nutrition label matter most to you. Learn why we use two scores.

About KarbCoach (optional)

Food Quality Guide is published by KarbCoach. KarbCoach is also a mobile app. You do not need the app to browse analyses on this website.

If you want in-store barcode scanning, restaurant checks, meal analysis, or a larger library of analyzed products, KarbCoach is the mobile next step. It uses the same scores and can add health-goal personalization.

When you are ready, download the KarbCoach mobile app and set up your health goals in the app.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find a product on Food Quality Guide?

Use the search box on the homepage to look up a product by name or brand. You can also browse by category or brand from the main menu, or open a direct link if someone shared a product with you.

What is on a product page?

Each analyzed product has its own page with a Longevity Score, a Food Integrity Score, a short summary, nutrition facts, ingredients, what helped each score, what held it back, and expandable score breakdowns. Some pages also show how the product relates to health goals after you complete the personalization quiz.

Why might a score surprise me?

The scores reflect typical everyday use and label quality, not your personal medical situation or diet plan. A product can score well overall while still having added sugar, sodium, saturated fat, processing, or other tradeoffs. Expand the score details on the product page to see what drove the result. If you care most about blood sugar, heart health, keto, weight goals, or something else, different parts of the label may matter more to you than to the general score.

How does personalization work on the website?

Food Quality Guide can highlight ingredients, nutrients, and tradeoffs that matter for the health goals you choose. Open a product page and use the personalize option there to set your priorities. The Longevity and Food Integrity scores stay the same; personalization adds context for what you care about.

What is KarbCoach?

KarbCoach is a mobile app from the same team that publishes Food Quality Guide. The website focuses on browsing and reading packaged-food analyses. KarbCoach adds in-store barcode scanning, restaurant checks, meal analysis, and a larger library of analyzed products. It is optional. You can download it from karbcoach.com when you want to go further.

Why can I not find a product?

Food Quality Guide only includes products we have analyzed and published so far. We add more over time, but not every grocery item is on the site yet. Try searching again later.

Is Food Quality Guide medical advice?

No. Food Quality Guide is meant to help you understand and compare packaged foods. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Always check the package in your hand for current ingredients, allergens, and nutrition information.

What if a score, ingredient, or nutrition fact looks wrong?

Compare the product page with the label on the package in your hand. If the package looks different, the product may have been reformulated since we last reviewed it. If the page still looks incorrect, email contact@diamondstartech.com with Food Quality Guide Support in the subject line, the product name or UPC, and a short note about what looks wrong.

Still need help?

Email contact@diamondstartech.com with Food Quality Guide Support in the subject line if:

Include the product name or UPC when your question is about a specific food. That helps us find the right analysis quickly.
